Two perspectives. One business.
MEET THE CO-FOUNDERS
Continuum Integrative was built on a simple conviction: the hardest business problems rarely live in one place, and they are rarely solved from one point of view.
Co-founders Chelsey and Drew James bring complementary perspectives to healthcare strategy and business advisory– connecting strategy, operations, growth, positioning, and the realities that determine whether an idea can actually work.
Together, they help organizations see the whole picture, identify what matters most, and move with greater clarity from where they are to what comes next.

Drew specializes in making complicated things make sense.
He works at the front end of complex questions– absorbing information quickly, finding the signal inside it, and turning ambiguity into strategy, structure, positioning, narrative, or a clear path forward.
His background spans healthcare operations, health technology, product management, commercialization, product marketing, growth strategy, brand, strategic writing, consulting, and AI-enabled systems. That breadth gives him an unusually wide field of reference when approaching problems that do not fit neatly inside a single function.
Drew is particularly effective when the answer is not obvious yet.
That may mean evaluating a new market, defining an emerging opportunity, structuring a service or offering, clarifying a go-to-market strategy, repositioning a business, diagnosing a difficult growth problem, synthesizing complex research, or determining where technology and AI can create meaningful leverage.
His approach is grounded in pattern recognition and strategic architecture: understanding what is really happening, identifying what others may be missing, and creating something clear enough to act on.
AI expands the depth and speed of that work, but it is not the strategy itself. The value comes from the judgment behind it– knowing what questions to ask, what matters, how the pieces connect, and what good should look like.
At Continuum, Drew helps organizations find the signal inside complexity and create the architecture for what comes next.
Chelsey sees businesses as connected systems– and has an instinct for finding where those systems have stopped working together.
Her strength is stepping into complexity, understanding how an organization actually operates, and identifying the relationships between strategy, operations, finances, people, client experience, and growth that are easy to miss when each is viewed separately.
With deep experience across healthcare and behavioral health operations, business strategy, revenue infrastructure, practice growth, systems development, brand, and implementation, Chelsey moves fluidly between the larger direction of a business and the realities underneath it.
She is particularly effective at inflection points: when growth has outpaced infrastructure, leadership is carrying too much, an organization is evolving beyond the systems that built it, or several seemingly separate problems have become impossible to solve one at a time.
Chelsey does not approach those moments by adding more process for the sake of process. She looks for the structure that will make the business clearer, stronger, and more capable of supporting where it is going.
As Co-Founder of Continuum Integrative, she helped build the firm around a conviction that shapes all of its work:
The strongest businesses are not built by optimizing isolated parts. They are built by understanding how the whole system works together.
Chelsey helps organizations turn that understanding into the clarity, structure, and capacity required for what comes next.

Continuum is not one perspective handing work to another. It is the movement between them– the ability to see what could be, understand what it will require, and connect the two.
The value is in the connection.
